Please note that the prepaid label is only for US destinations. 2. Your Trusted Courier. You have the option to send the parcel back to the company using any of your preferred carrier companies. Pay the required fee and if possible, ensure the item in case misfortune happens. All completed returns will be refunded in the same way you made the payment. If you used your credit card, the refund will be credited back to that account. e-Gift card purchases cannot be converted to cash. The full refund may take 14 days to complete depending on your bank's policies.
